As there is no reception service available 24 hours a day, we ask our customers to notify us by phone of the approximate time of arrival: if you don’t let us know or if you don’t respect the agreed schedules , claims are not going to be accepted.
Check in is from 14:00 until 20:00. Other times can be arranged in advance, so we can also if necessary keep your luggage in case the room is not available before 14h.
The booking request can be made by email or by phone (please contact us from 9am – before this time, thank you to send us an SMS asking to be reminded). After our confirmation, the reservation will be validated definitively when you proceed to the payment of the deposit of 30% of the entire amount of your stay. The balance of the reservation must be paid at your arrival by cash or with credit / debit cards.
At your arrival, you will need to present, for each guest, a valid identity document in order to fill in the client register as provided by law. If you are unable to present this document, the stay can not be done.
It is necessary to pay the full amount due for your stay.
Animals are not allowed in our structure.
The communication of a possible cancellation must be made by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, 50% of the amount of the deposit will be retained.
If the cancellation occurs in the week preceding the arrival, the entire deposit will be retained.
If you don’t come on the day of booking, the full deposit will be retained.
In the case of early departure, no refund will be granted.
