The structure of the Guesthouse Pintadera is a recent construction, which respects the harmony of the landscape.
It is composed of an area where we live and an area dedicated to our guests with an independent entrance. This part includes 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The house is immersed in the green countryside of Santa Maria La Palma, near Alghero, a place of Sardinia renowned for these vineyards that produced the wines of the homonymous winery. The best known are Akenta, Vermentino and Cannonau.
As soon as you enter, you will be able to admire examples of centenary ficus and colorful flowers. At the back of the house, you will enjoy a large lawn and our vegetable garden.
The outdoor area is equipped with:
- Private parking for our guests
- Relax area with table, parasol, armchairs to enjoy the calm and the typical perfumes of the island
- Pic-nic area with induction plate, barbecue and all you need for have lunch or dinner in our garden
- For your secutity, outdoor video surveillance
Our attentions for the preservation of the environment
Love and respect for our environment requires controlled use of energy.
We are convinced that energy saving and intelligent recycling are the basis of this love.
In our b&b, most bulbs are low consumption or LED.
The corridor light is equipped with a timer, which will leave you the time to quietly open the door of your room.
We raise our guests to respect the environment by asking to minimize the waste of electricity, light and especially water, which is a particularly precious resource in our region.
Outside, you will find bins for sorting (glass, plastic, paper)
We will ask you to respect the common areas and leave them as you fnd them so that other guests can enjoy them as well.
