We are close to the splendid place of Alghero.
Here you will feel totally immersed in the uncontaminated nature and the countryside that surrounds it. In the summer months you will be able to admire in all their splendor, our centuries-old ficus trees and our majestic carob trees that, thanks to their large foliage, will offer you a cool shelter from the sun where you can peacefully read a book or relax in the shade or, why not, have lunch outdoors.

From our large garden you can admire all the surrounding hills; you will be won over by the scent of aromatic plants, medicinal herbs and typical plants of the island such as mastic, myrtle and helichrysum.
We grow vegetables and… passion
In the Pintadera Guesthouse you will also find a large irrigated land cultivated with various types of vegetables. If you are very curious and this world fascinates you, we will be happy to accompany you inside, showing you everything we grow with passion.
Our garden is cultivated in the same way our grandparents did it… all with the sole strength of our arms, with the support of our friends pickaxe, hoe, elbow grease and a lot of passion.
Seeing our plants grow healthy day after day and being able to enjoy the harvest with their unique flavor, repays us for all the effort.
Only 100% natural vegetables
And why not, if you also want to buy some genuine and natural fruit from our plants and thus savor the flavors of the past, you can do so, knowing that everything you taste comes from a natural crop.
We do not use any type of chemical substance, when necessary, to care for the plants, we use decoctions obtained from wild herbs, such as nettles, or other completely natural substances, furthermore for fertilization we use compost obtained from wet food scraps, dry grass, foliage and ash.

Cakes, breakfasts and more
The same eggs that we use every day to prepare our delicious cakes? Have you ever tasted them? Healthy and tasty, they are perfect in the morning to start the day off right or as a snack to recharge.
In addition, we have decided to offer them for breakfast too, so you can enjoy our scrambled or pan-fried eggs, also accompanied by crispy bacon.
The typical international breakfast ideal not only for those who are curious to try new flavors every morning but for all athletes who prefer a protein breakfast.
Almost an educational farm…
Our Guesthouse is not an educational farm but we love animals and we like to share – with adults and children – this passion. This is why anyone who wants can visit the chicken coop with us to see the hens up close, learn to recognize the different breeds, discover the differences and characteristics of each breed and see how the genuine raw materials are born that allow us to prepare nutritious, healthy and above all tasty cakes and desserts.
